1. Make sure you are using Internet Explorer.
2. If you are prompted to install or run an ActiveX control, simply 'accept' or click 'yes' or 'agree'.
3. When prompted for your logon credentials, your username needs to be in this format: corp\username
4. You may have to provide your logon credientials on upto three different screens (for security purposes).
5. If you are prompted to update your version of Remote Desktop Connector, download it here and install it.
6. If you had to install something, you will have to reboot your computer before re-connecting.
